Suzy Goodin- Instructor
Suzy has been dancing at Becky's since 1990 when she enrolled as a 2nd grader. She began teaching in 1999 and loves to share her passion for dance with her students.
In addition to teaching at Becky's, she has taught dance at a variety of local schools through Community Ed and spent a season coaching MSHSL Dance Team at Cromwell High School. She has trained with many great instructors including Mario Velez, Jr., Sarah Jo Fazio, Jo Rowen, Kirby Reed and Brian Santora.
In 2004, Suzy developed the Competition Team. This team travels both locally and nationally to competitions and performances nation-wide. This team has continued to grow and progress into 4 separate groups throughout the years. Suzy devotes much of her time to these competitive groups. She also teaches regular classes, strength & flex, pointe and the beginner/intermediate adult class.
When she is not dancing (which is not often!), you can find her spending time with her husband, Luc (who also doubles as our DJ, prop guy, medic- you name it!), and daughter, Kieriahna. Her and her husband are also owners of Goodin Graphic Design and Photography and specialize in graduation, family and wedding photography.
Favorite Color- Changes daily, but probably purple or blue...or lime green...or hot pink...
Favorite Foods- Coffee, chocolate and ice cream!
Favorite Restaurant- Warming House (has all my favorite foods in one place!) or Chinese food.

Vanessa Linder- Instructor
Vanessa began dancing at Becky’s in 1992, to date she has earned herself 17 years worth of trophies! She began her dancing career having Miss Becky as her first dance teacher, and from the first class dance became her new love and passion. She became a student assistant in 2002 and an instructor in 2003. Her favorite types of dance are jazz, tap and hip hop. Vanessa was also a member of the Cloquet Dance Team all throughout high school. Vanessa has taken jazz, tap, ballet, lyrical, pointe and some hip hop not only from Becky’s, but from summer camps as well. She has had classes with instructors such as Terry Lilly, Sarah Jo Fazio, Mario Velez Jr., Brian Santora and Kirby Reed. Vanessa has competed at various competitions and is co-coaching the Cloquet High School's Winter Dance Team!

When Vanessa is not dancing, she is a student at the College of Saint Scholastica, pursuing a degree in social work or working at Perkins where she is a server. She also enjoys spending time with her nephews, niece and family, shopping, watching movies and spending time with friends.

Richelle Anderson- Instructor
Richelle began taking dance in 1993 at the age of 2 and has danced at Becky's her whole life. She began assisting in 2008 and teaching in 2009. Her favorite type of dance is tap!

She has attended various dance workshops, including Dance Olympus, and camps and has danced at numerous competitions. She currently teaches regular classes and helps at the desk when needed.
Richelle is currently completing her Associate's Degree at Fond du Lac College and plans to continue her education at UMD. She loves to read and would one day like to own her own bookstore.

Emily has been dancing her whole life! She began teaching at Becky's in 2005 after assisting for 3 years. Her dance career began when she was only 2 and began taking lessons. She has studied tap, ballet, jazz, lyrical, hip-hop, modern and pointe. When she is not at Becky's, she teaches at Dreams Come True Dance in Grand Rapids and is the volunteer Fall Dance Team coach for Cloquet High School.
Besides dancing at the studio, Emily danced on the Cloquet Dance Team for 4 years while in high school and was the team captain. She has competed in many dance competitions in team, solo and duet routines and has won Super Star of the North 2009, Performer of Excellence 2011 and Best of Show 2011 among many other high placings. She won a trip to dance in the Capital One Bowl halftime show in 2010 and has attended many dance workshops, conventions and camps. She is currently attending UMD with a major in business and a minor in dance. She LOVES teaching dance! She currently teaches a variety of regular classes including preschool and elementary ages along with pointe and works at the desk.
When she is not dancing, she can be found outside at the lake, jet-skiing, snowboarding, swimming, waterskiing, fourwheeling and fishing. She loves to spend time at her grandparents resort or hanging out with friends.

Alexa Lee- Instructor
Alexa began dancing 10 years ago at Becky's Dance Studio. She became an assistant in 2007 and an instructor in 2009. She loves all types of dance, but her favorite is tied between tap and jazz.
She has participated in the Dance Olympus workshop, Master Classes held at National competitions, teaches for the Summer Dance Camp each year and helps with a variety of dance activities. She is a veteran competitor who was among one of the youngest dancers to ever become a part of our Diamond Dance competition group.
Outside of dance she likes to swim, knee board, wake board, go boating, four-wheeling, snowmobiling and camping.
Favorite color- blue and yellow
Favorite thing to do- DANCE :)
